Unfortunately one of my frames that I ordered was damaged I contacted the customer service and desk and received 1st class customer service, and a full refund for the damaged frame. I would have no hesitatation in using A1 again.


i ordered one of these great looking frames,i am glad to say that it is perfect it all came in one piece and is in perfect condition, i would recomend this photo frame to everyone,i ordered it on a friday and it arrived on the tuesday,it was very fast and very good delivery. thanks


This multi photo frame has been purchased for a Christmas gift for my nephew and his wife. I feel sure they will be delighted with it as I am. Thank you very much for your prompt service - the frame arrived, well packaged on the day promised.

The frames arrived the following day and I received a courtesy call to ask if it was OK for the frames to come by courier as they were too heavy. Still got free delivery. A well designed, aesthetically pleasing collage photo frame. It is fairly easy to hang and tidies up what was before a series of mismatching photo frames. There are several to chose from, but this one suited our requirements best. The only minor niggle is that some of the individual frame backing, holding clips are tight to turn by finger nail.


Sadly the first Wood Photo Frame arrived damaged and I called A1 Gifts. The following day I received a replacement frame and the courier took the damaged one. Very efficient customer service! The second frame arrived in perfect condition and it is exactly what the description says. It is eye catching and an unusual way to display photos, especially if you have limited shelving to display photo frames. It was exactly what I wanted to brighten up my new dining room wall and is an interesting alternative to a painting. My only criticism is that it is expensive for what it is but I could not find it cheaper elsewhere, hence the rating of 4/5. However, I give 5/5 for A1''s customer services and prompt delivery time.


The frame arrived quickly, was well packaged, and good quality. All in all good value for money!

Great product, arrived very promptly. The benefit of this product compared to other ''collages'' is that there are lots of landscape photo sizes, others have too many portrait sizes, and I don''t have enough of those! Great price too - 10.00 cheaper than the most expensive site.


This is an excellent product just what we were looking for to display all our family photos neatly in one area.We had seen this for sale locally for £32.00 more , a great bargain from A1Gifts along with agreat service and speedy delivery.

We are really happy with the product we have purchased. It is an expensive frame, but A1 Gifts gave the most competitive price after searching on the internet.
