The friends photo frame was excellent. The items were sent out in a bubble wrap envelope, but the boxes still managed to get damaged on delivery.

I received my first frame just a few day after ordering but infortunately although the frame was perfect the glass for it was smashed. I rang to speak to your customer service who assured me a new one would be sent that day.It was,and arrived just a couple of days later in perfect condition.
